Manny Pacquiao, DigiPlus Team Up For Landmark Partnership
From interactive games to a new payment platform, this collaboration between Manny Pacquiao and DigiPlus is sure to be a knockout.
Boxing icon Manny Pacquiao is entering the digital entertainment arena thanks to a new partnership with DigiPlus Interactive Corporation.
The agreement offers a one-two punch. First, DigiPlus will carry ten new online games featuring Pacquiao across its platforms BingoPlus, ArenaPlus and GameZone. These are Pacquiao Fortune, Manny Punch, Pacman’s Bingo Boom, Pacman’s Color Game, Super Ace Pacquiao, Boxing King Pacquiao, Gate of Manny Super Pacman, Fortune Gems Pacquiao, Wild Bounty Pacquiao, and Pacman Dropball Punch.
Second, DigiPlus will be tapping Manny Pacquiao’s new payment platform, MannyPay, for players’ online wallet needs.
“This partnership with DigiPlus is special because it was created with our countrymen in mind. Whether it is through the games that tell my story, or handling payments with MannyPay, we are showing the world what Filipinos are capable of,” Pacquiao said during the formal launching of the partnership last March 25 in Taguig.

AB Leisure Exponent Incorporated and Total Gamezone Xtreme Incorporated President Rafael Jasper Vicencio is thrilled to have Pacquiao onboard.
“Definitely, this is a milestone for DigiPlus,” Vicencio said. “Having a global icon, a living legend like Manny Pacquiao, with our digital infrastructure shows that we are setting the standards for the industry. Imagine the legend now being with a digital entertainment (platform) combined.”
“You will see Senator Manny in all of our digital platforms. So our commitment of DigiPlus is reinforced that we are delivering world-class entertainment the same as Senator Manny Pacquiao delivering his world-class talents, not only to Filipinos but all over the world. So that innovation, that deeply local and trustworthy is what DigiPlus stands for.

“Also, having a legend like him in our corner, that’s a big boost definitely for our brands like ArenaPlus and GameZone that could signal that our brands are also capable of becoming champions.”
Pacquiao believes these online games truly embody Filipino pride.
“I’m so proud because the games are really made for Filipinos,” he said. “When they play, they feel my fighting spirit. It’s world class entertainment that tells my story. So that’s the beauty of it. We support the Philippines.”
Vicencio echoed this. “Manny and our games are very well connected to the Filipino gaming public. So we carefully chose the visuals. There was a little approval with his team also. And of course, we want to resonate the significance of Senator Manny’s success story as an athlete and in life.”
MannyPay president and CEO Marc Bundalian said their payment platform’s “frictionless feel” is what sets it apart from other e-wallets.
“Our partnership with DigiPlus and its brand guarantees the kind of integration that is seamless. Players can safely settle their expenses from playing to managing, giving funds instantly, in a mobile-ish way. So, it’s very simple.
“We target 99.5% uptime and runtime 24-7. Our gateway is always ready when players are ready.”

Added Pacquiao: “The idea is to give players a fast and safe way to handle their gaming funds with MannyPay as well as to cash in smoothly. So that’s the goal here, to make the players comfortable.”
Vicencio believes the synergy between both groups is unbeatable.
“In the DigiPlus company and the DigiPlus world we have, we believe that digital entertainment is both fun and reliable at the same time. Of course, with MannyPay there, with Manny Pacquiao having the integrity into our platforms, it’s a good synergy.
“The digital platform and the digital entertainment, both DigiPlus and Manny Pacquiao brand names are together.”
