DJ Mampusti and iceiceice Are Now With Bleed E-Sports

Dota 2 players DJ Mampusti and iceiceice find a new home in Bleed E-Sports after the closing of Fnatic.

For the last seven years, Dota 2 pro player Djardel “DJ” Mampusti played for Fnatic who unfortunately closed down their Dota 2 roster to pursue other ventures. Unfortunately, that leaves DJ to either go indie or sign-up with another team to which he’s now signing up with Bleed E-sports together with his former teammate, Djardel “iceiceice” Koh who last played with Team Secret in 2021-22.

What happened to Fnatic?

Although Fnatic closed down their Dota 2 roster, they didn’t close their doors to other games. Based on their Twitter, they appear to be focusing more on their League of Legends team.

They recently welcomed two new players: Spanish top laner Óscar Muñoz Jiménez otherwise known as Oscarinin and Netherlands support player Henk Reijenga otherwise known as Advienne1.

However, this didn’t mean that DJ was out of options. After all, he featured Fnatic in the international Dota 2 at least six times in the years 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022. The most impressive part about DJ Mampusti as a player was that he placed Fnatic overall in 4th place which was considered the highest in the franchise’s history.

So who’s playing with DJ and iceiceice?

Bleed E-Sports’ Dota 2 team will have Souliya “JaCkky” Khoomphetsavong, Teng “Kordan” Tjin Yao, and Kim “DuBu” Doo-young, Daryl “iceiceice” Koh, and Djardel “DJ” Mampusti. It looks like 2 of the most favored bets in Dota 2 will be teaming up and the next clashes will be legendary.
