Ayala Land Premier brought together golf enthusiasts, clients, and partners on for the second edition of the Ayala Land Premier Golf Invitational at Ayala Greenfield Golf & Leisure Club.
First launched in 2019 and now back in full swing, the Ayala Land Premier Golf Invitational brought together Premier Circle members, valued clients, business partners, media friends, and executives from Ayala Land and Ayala Land Premier for a day focused on golf, camaraderie, and community.
The tournament was organized into two flights featuring a total of 126 players, with Laurent Lamasuta being crowned overall champion, and Lota Nemec ruling the ladies’ division.
“After years of disruption, we are delighted to finally resume play,” said Ayala Land Premier Managing Director Mike Jugo in his speech.
Set within the wide grounds of Ayala Greenfield Estates in Calamba, Laguna, the event showcased the estate’s unique nature-oriented setting and improved lifestyle experience.
Covering about 350 hectares, Ayala Greenfield Estates is Ayala Land Premier’s first development in Calamba. Located along the foothills of Mt. Makiling, the community is known for its gently rolling terrain, sweeping mountain views, and large open spaces, with over half of the estate dedicated to parks and nature.
The estate is convenient to reach via SLEX, CALAX, and the National Highway. It offers a countryside feel while being close to Metro Manila, just a short drive from NUVALI and around 30 minutes from Alabang.
Centering the estate is Ayala Greenfield Golf & Leisure Club, an 18-hole, par-72 championship course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., who is well-known for his work in environmentally friendly golf course design.
Blending with the estate’s natural terrain, the all-weather course provides year-round play while offering views of Mt. Makiling and Amprigon Hill. The club also includes leisure amenities and The Veranda, a dining area with wide views of the green.
Beyond the golf course, Ayala Greenfield Estates has a variety of lifestyle amenities aimed at supporting recreation and community living. The hilltop village clubhouse, designed by Leandro V. Locsin Partners, serves as a central meeting spot overlooking the beautiful landscape. The estate also features fitness facilities, swimming pools, indoor and outdoor sports courts, function rooms, and nature parks within its low-density setting.
In closing the evening’s program, Jugo expressed the importance of the tournament’s return after several years.
“It has been some time since we’ve gathered like this, in the spirit of friendship and shared community,” he said. “Today is not about competition or performance, it is about camaraderie and appreciation.”
More than just a golf tournament, the Ayala Land Premier Golf Invitational highlighted the ongoing appeal of Ayala Greenfield Estates as a community where nature, leisure, and connection come together in a distinctly improved lifestyle setting.
