If you’re going for gold, you need some of the brightest minds in the game at the helm.
The SIBOL MLBB team is pulling out all the stops for the 2026 Asian Games as they revealed the supporting coaches of the men’s team. And boy is it a star-studded team of coaches whose accolades can fill a whole room.

While the team is still currently finding a new head coach, we can be rest assured that whoever it is they’ll be in good hands and here’s why.
Michael “Arcadia” Bocado
While coach Arcadia’s successes are relatively recent, they’re more than enough to rocket him to the top. He’s built a breadth of experience working in different teams and regions, which culminates to where he is today.

He brought Malaysia their first international trophy by winning MSC 2024 with the Selangor Red Giants. From there he’s won three consecutive MPL Malaysia championships and has continued to bring the region podium finishes on the international stage. He has a keen mind for drafting and strategy, making him key for the SIBOL MLBB team.
Denver “Yeb” Miranda
Coach Yeb has been a legend since early 2021, back when he almost brought ONIC Philippines their first MPL title. His rise really started in 2022 when he was moved to ONIC Indonesia and immediately won them an MPL championship.

From there he’s brought ONIC five MPL ID titles, four of them won back-to-back, and the MSC 2023 trophy along the way. While he’s known as a drafting coach, his real skill is on the managing side, making sure a team has everything they need to succeed.
Francis “Ducky” Glindro
Coach Ducky is a man known for fostering talent. He brought the Philippines their first M-Series World Championship back in 2021, which was followed by more gold medals in the Southeast Asian Games, IESF World Esports Championship, and another M-Series title.

What makes coach Ducky an invaluable coach is his ability to get teams to rally together and focus. He brings discipline to a team without being a taskmaster, which gives players the freedom to play at their best. That’ll certainly be needed once the SIBOL MLBB men’s team starts their 2026 Asian Games campaign in earnest.
